The University provides hostels for both male and female students; although not enough to accommodate all students admitted, the University is working on the scarcity problem. The hostel is located opposite the existing main University building in Mikocheni, Dar es salaam.
All graduates are eligible members of HKMU Alumni, the University has accumulated approximately more than 900 graduates in various programmes since its first graduation. The University has now initiated the Alumni Association to strengthen connectivity and work together to make a difference.
