The Vice Chancellor of Hubert Kairuki Memorial University, regrets to announce the death of Prof. Sebastian E.K. Lutahoire of HKMU (Department of Behavioural Sciences and Ethics), which occurred on Monday 8th November 2010 in Iringa. Prof. Lutahoire was buried in Morogoro on Wednesday 10th November 2010.

May the Almighty God rest his soul in eternal peace, Amen.
